ขั้นตอน / Steps

ทำไมต้องมี RSA: กฎหมาย SA Liquor Licensing Act บังคับให้ทุกคนที่ supply alcohol (sell, serve, manage) ต้องมี RSA Certificate เพื่อรู้กฎหมายและ responsible service (ไม่เสิร์ฟคนเมา/เด็ก)
ใครต้องมี: (1) Bartenders, waiters ที่เสิร์ฟแอลกอฮอล์, (2) Bottle shop staff, (3) Event staff ที่ขายแอลกอฮอล์, (4) Licensees & managers, (5) Security (ถ้าจัดการกับ alcohol-related incidents)
เลือกคอร์ส RSA: ต้องเรียนจาก RTO approved โดย Consumer & Business Services (CBS) SA - online providers: Express Online Training ($35), Australian Training Company ($60), Accredited Training ($80). ใช้เวลา 3-4 ชม
เนื้อหาคอร์ส: (1) SA liquor laws, (2) ผลกระทบของแอลกอฮอล์, (3) จดจำคนเมา (intoxication signs), (4) ปฏิเสธเสิร์ฟ (refuse service), (5) เช็ค ID (minors), (6) Handle difficult situations
ข้อสอบ: Multiple choice (20-30 ข้อ) ต้องได้ 80%+ ถ้าไม่ผ่านทำใหม่ได้ฟรี (unlimited attempts). ไม่ยาก ถ้าอ่านเนื้อหาจริงๆ
รับ Certificate: ผ่านแล้วได้ Statement of Attainment และ RSA Card ส่งทางอีเมล (digital) หรือไปรษณีย์ (physical card) ใช้งานได้ทันที valid 3 years
RSA Expiry & Renewal: หมดอายุ 3 ปี ต้อง renew ก่อนหมดอายุ (ถ้าทำงานล่าช้า = ผิดกฎหมาย) renewal เหมือนเรียนใหม่ (online 3-4 ชม, $35-80)
Interstate RSA: RSA จาก SA ใช้ได้เฉพาะ SA - ถ้าย้ายรัฐอื่น (VIC, NSW, QLD) ต้องทำ RSA ของรัฐนั้นใหม่
