Kan's life in Adelaide has been so good and exciting. Living in one of the most liveable cities in Australia, he has met new people from all kinds of cultures. He studies at TAFE SA, and finds the locals here genuinely kind and welcoming. South Australia is perfect for him — there are so many places to visit, from the German village in the hills (Hahndorf) and lovely beaches to beautiful wineries and Kangaroo Island. He loves that the city isn't too hectic, yet there's always something to do and somewhere to explore. His motto is 'Victory loves preparation,' so he tries to stay ready and open to every opportunity. Studying here hasn't just been about classes; it's been about discovering a wider world and different people at the same time.
Takeaway: Adelaide is calm but far from boring — great for study and for exploring South Australia's nature. Opening up to people from other cultures makes student life abroad far richer.
