Sam started his life in Adelaide with about ten months of English at TAFE SA, before moving on to study Restaurant and Catering Management at Le Cordon Bleu. Back then he saw TAFE SA as well respected in the hospitality industry and a great pathway into university. Everything he learned there — accounting, marketing and management — he still uses in his own business almost every day; it's really the core of his success. After graduating he worked with several restaurants and businesses, building experience, and today he runs his own business in food and kitchenware, focused on cooking knives.
