เกิดขึ้นตอนปี 2023 เรื่องมีอยู่ว่า ดวงไม่ค่อยดี เลยไปเปลี่ยนเบอร์ ตอนปี 2023 แต่ว่าเมื่อปี 2022 เคยทำเรื่องเสียภาษีไว้แล้ว แล้วมันผูกกับเบอร์เก่า ทีนี้ต้องเสียภาษีตอนปี 2023 แล้วพอlog in มันก็ส่งเลข opt ไปเบอร์เก่า ทีนี้ก็ ชิบ…. แล้ว เพราะว่าเปลี่ยนเบอร์ไปแล้ว ทำยังไงงงงงงง

ก็หาเบอร์จาก google โทรหา my gov คือว่าโทติดง่ายแต่ไม่มีคนรับ รอแบบ 10 นาที+ โทหลายวันกว่าจะได้คุยกะ จนท แนะนำให้โทแบบเช้าๆหน่อย สุดท้าย จนท รับโทรศัพท์ คุยไม่รู้เรื่องอีก เค้าจะขออะไรสักอย่างแต่ว่าฟังไม่รู้เรื่อง ….. เค้าเลยแนะนำว่า ให้โทหาอีกเบอร์ 131 450 อันนี้เปนเบอร์my gov แบบมีล่ามเปนคนไทย ความรู้ใหม่โครต เอาจริงๆ ว่าโทติดง่ายกว่าอีกอันเยอะ เลย สุดท้ายก็คุย เค้ากะจนท อีกที แล้วก็สรุปว่า log inได้ จ่ายภาษี สำเร็จ เรื่องนี้สอนให่รู้ว่า ความซวยอาจจะไม่ใช่เบอร์ แต่เปนช้านเอง :)

It happened in 2023. The story is: my luck wasn't great, so I changed my phone number in 2023. But back in 2022 I had already filed my taxes, and it was linked to my old number. Now, when I had to pay tax in 2023 and logged in, it sent the OTP to my old number. And then — crap…. — because I'd already changed my number, what was I supposed to dooo?!
Takeaway: So I found a number on Google and called myGov. The call connected easily, but no one picked up — I waited 10+ minutes and called for several days before I got through to an officer; I'd recommend calling early in the morning. Finally an officer answered, but again I couldn't understand — they were asking for something but I couldn't follow….. So they suggested I call another number, 131 450, which is the myGov line with a Thai interpreter. Totally new knowledge! Honestly, it connects way more easily than the other one. In the end, I talked with an officer again, and the upshot was that I could log in and pay my tax successfully. The lesson here is that the bad luck maybe wasn't the phone number — it was me :)
