หาใน google ว่าทำยังไง แล้วทีนี้ก็ทำตามที่เค้าบอกแล้ว แล้วเค้าบอกว่าต้องโทรไปหา แบบcall center เพื่อแบบเหมือนยืนยันตัวตน อะไรสักอย่าง สุดท้ายก็ ได้คุยกับ จนท. เค้าน่ารักมาก แบบเค้าค่อยๆคุย สุดท้ายก็ได้มา :)

Newly arrived and didn't know what an ATO/tax number was or how to apply
It happened when I was newly arrived and started working. I didn't know what an ATO number was, where to apply for it, how to apply, or what documents were needed — and back then my English was still very weak and I couldn't understand what people said.
Takeaway: I googled how to do it and then followed the instructions. It said I had to call a call center to verify my identity or something. In the end, I got to speak with an officer who was really lovely — they spoke slowly with me, and finally I got it :)
